Warning this system service call does not affect in any way work on third-party software but only on services installed or to be installed on the server (eg. Apache, MySQL, FTP, Email, Firewall, etc. .).

If the work requires more than an hour to complete you will need to purchase additional support ticket.

Execution of the service the surgery will be scheduled throughout the day (09,00 to 18,00 CEST), Monday-Friday (except holidays) subject to availability of our technicians.

Note Our technicians can not be held responsible for any loss of data or malfunction during the operation, so you should make copies of Backup before requesting service.
